Jonah Jackson paced the Volunteers (6-4, 15-4) with 18 points all from three-point range.
Jaiveon Eaves and Vonnie Patterson scored 12 points each with Melo Burrell and Quamain Nelson scoring ten each.
Justin Shaw was Kaskaskia's only player in double figures with 20 points.
The Blue Devils (3-6, 11-7) trailed 47-34 at halftime.
