Vols Open GRAC Schedule with Road Win

Robinson, IL – Behind a clutch 6th inning double from Ryan Ritter, the Logan Vols claim their GRAC opener 8-5 against Lincoln Trail on Thursday afternoon. The win improves the Vols to 17-0 on the year and 1-0 in the GRAC. Logan will look to continue their hot ways, when Lincoln Trail travels down to Carterville on Saturday for a doubleheader; first pitch scheduled for noon.

Cameron Langston would push the lead to 7-3 with a sacrifice fly. LTC wouldn't go away cutting the lead to 7-5 with back-to-back homeruns in the 8th.
