Vincennes 98; Southeastern 61

Vincennes stretched its undefeated record to 17 games with a 98-61 win at Southeastern Illinois, tying the 1970-71 team for the fifth-best start in Trailblazer history.
After an 11-0 start, the VU found Southeastern's Winslow Martin a tough defensive matchup.
The 6-5 freshman scored 17 points over the next 11 minutes and had the Falcons within 37-30 at 7:00 left in the half.
But, the second-ranked Trailblazers responded with Lony Francis scoring all nine of his first-half points in a 19-0 run to a 56-30 lead at the break.
Three VU players produced season-highs led by Francis' 21 points. C.J. Hedgepeth scored 16 and Sehill Mouliom added 13 off the bench.
Martin paced Southeastern (1-10) with 30 points. The Falcons dressed only seven players for the game.
Vincennes (17-0, 7-1) is the only undefeated team in District 16 after Lake Land lost at home to Shawnee, 88-82.
